You will need to submit, online:
- A Rutgers University Admissions application. (You will be requried to complete an essay for scholarship aid.)
- The Rutgers University EOF application, which is part of the admissions application.
Other supporting documents you will need for your Rutgers application:
- SAT or ACT scores, sent to Rutgers University. (Rutgers SAT code is 2765).
- Official high school records and/or GED score, sent with your application to Rutgers.
- The application fee. If paying this fee imposes a financial hardship, please contact the Admissions Office: 732-932-4636.
- The Free Application for Federal Student Aid FAFSA on the Web, which also may be available from your high school guidance office. (Rutgers' Title IV code is 002629. See the Rutgers University Office of Financial Aid.)
- Copies of your parents' Federal (Form 1040) Income Tax Returns, including all schedules and attachments; or Form SSA-1099 (for recipients of social security benefits); or a history page from your County Board of Social Services, if applicable.
