• Fall Term

  One Week Before School Starts	Check schedule!
  Wednesday, August 30	International Student Orientation for Incoming International Students.
  Friday, September 1	Attend First-Year Induction Ceremony and Advising Session.
  September	Know this term's Add/Drop and withdrawal dates. Check Degree Navigator for your AP/IB/College credits. Request transcripts if something is missing. Get connected! Download the Rutgers App and follow us on Twitter @SEBSadvising. Attend the Involvement Fair to join a club/organization. Get Organized! Create a semester schedule listing all assignment and test dates. Establish a study group. Visit the Learning Centers to learn about their resources.
  Late October/Early November	See your advisor before Spring Registration starts.
  December	Develop a study plan for finals! Get approval for Winter/Spring courses outside of Rutgers in Martin Hall.

• Spring Term

  When	What to Do
  One Week Before School Starts Through Add/Drop	Check schedule, make any changes needed.
  January	Know this term's Add/Drop and withdrawal dates. Check your Degree Navigator for any new outside transfer credits taken. If not in yet, contact Martin Hall. Get Organized! Create a semester schedule listing all assignment and test dates.
  First Two Weeks of February	Declare your Major!
  February	Research summer options: classes, research, internship. Register for Summer Session at Rutgers.
  Mid-February	Check SEBS Scholarship Application.
  March	See your advisor before Fall Registration begins.
  March/April	Get approval for Summer courses outside of Rutgers in Martin Hall.

• Summer

  When	What to Do
  All Summer	Use summer wisely! Take a course, intern, do research, or get a summer job.
  June/July	Check your Rutgers email regularly. Financial Aid appeal notifications go out during summer.
  August	Order your Parking Pass. Request transcript from summer classes. Call Martin Hall to make sure it has arrived!

Sophomore Year
