Workshop: "How Addictive Is Our Digital Landscape? The Science of Addiction"

You might have heard that we are wired for social media. But what does that mean? How does it lead to
us doomscrolling at 3 am?

Our NJ 4-H STEM Ambassadors and the Rutgers Addiction Research Center will take you through the
science behind addiction, why teens are at elevated risk to addiction, and how that plays out in our social
media reality.
